We use the services of Office365 for our regular business email traffic. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Payment processors

Mollie

For handling (part of) the payments in our web shop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, and residence details, as well as your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the safeguards mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted under the applicable legal periods.

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to clarify your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. For maintaining our administration and accounting, we use the services of PrestaShop. We share your name, address, and residence details as well as information related to your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored securely. PrestaShop is obliged to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. PrestaShop does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

General purpose of processing

We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time - other than at your request - we will explicitly ask for your consent. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Retention Periods

We retain your data as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you inform us of this, we will also interpret it as a request for erasure. Due to applicable administrative obligations, we are required to keep invoices containing your (personal) data; therefore, we will retain this data for as long as the applicable retention period lasts. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced in connection with your assignment.

Your Rights

Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights regarding the personal data that is processed by or on behalf of us. Below we explain what these rights are and how you can invoke them. In principle, to prevent misuse, we only send copies and excerpts of your data to the email address we already have on file for you. In the event that you wish to receive the data at a different email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to verify your identity. We maintain a record of processed requests, and in the case of a request for erasure, we will keep anonymised data. All copies and excerpts of data will be provided to you in the machine-readable format that we use within our systems. You have the right at any time to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.
